Hva med et boligbytte til Canada til
sommeren?

deg:
Hello, Arne & Bjorg,
We are Juanita & Rollie Holland,
HomeLink CA61089, of
Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. We are planning a cycle trip in
Denmark during the summer of 2010 and we are very interested in
extending our trip with a home exchange in Norway. Although you have
not listed Canada as one of your choices, would lovely Vancouver
Island on Canada's west coast interest you?
We offer a two-story home for exchange.
The main floor has a large room comprising the kitchen, eating area
and TV room, a separate living room and dining room, laundry
facilities, a computer room (which would be available for your use)
and a half bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom and ensuite with
queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom that
is used as a sitting room and has a double wall bed, a full bathroom
and a sewing room.
We would also be interested in a car
exchange and offer a 2003 Toyota Corolla, standard transmission.
Ladysmith has some quite steep hills so experience with a manual
transmission would be an asset.
Rollie and I are both retired
teachers in our late 60s. Since we are both non-smokers, we are
interested in exchanging only with other non-smokers. We are a pet
free home and would not want to be responsible for exchangers pets.

Ladysmith is a seaside town located on
the east coast of Vancouver Island about 75 km north of the capital,
Victoria, and about 25 km south of Nanaimo, well situated for
exploring the entire island. Ladysmith is close to ferries to the
mainland (Vancouver), as well as to the other small islands that dot
the Strait of Georgia. International airports are located near both
Victoria and Nanaimo.
Ladysmith is a small town with a
population of approximately 7500 people. There are opportunities for
water recreation as well as hiking/walking, cycling, golfing and
exploring the interesting communities near by. As well, Vancouver is
only a 1½ hour ferry ride away.
Although our listing states 2 adults,
we may be traveling with our adult children so we are looking for an
exchange for up to 5 non-smoking adults.
We look forward to hearing from you
indicating whether or not this exchange offer is a possibility.
